Refund policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products, and want our customers to be satisfied with them. If you are not completely satisfied with a DANNIGIRL purchase or gift for any reason, DANNIGIRL welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 15 days of purchase. In order to complete any return, you must have a proof of purchase.
